PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING!!

◈ All orders are FINAL. Refunds will be allowed for the duration of preorders (24 Nov – 19 Dec). No refunds will be accepted after that point.  

◈ By ordering you acknowledge this is a preorder. Production may take 2-4 months depending on quantity and holiday delays. (Please note, physical goods will not arrive in time for the New Years. Instead digital planners will go out on New Years to all buyers.) 

◈ Orders are shipped from Australia and will come with TRACKING by default.  

◈ Purchase is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. It may NOT be distributed, reproduced or sold for any other purpose. Please respect our team and artists' hard work! 

◈ This is a fan project by fans for fans. We are NOT affiliated with the official goods in any way. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

◈ We are NOT liable for nor refunding any lost, stolen, or damage that happens during transit. 

◈ To lodge any concerns/queries regarding the state of your goods, you need to send us a complete unboxing video. This means the video needs to be filmed from when it has just been received—an unopened state. 

◈ Packages returned to us due to customer negligence (forgot to pickup, wrong address, did not update us with new address) will not be re-shipped unless the buyer pays for shipping fees again. 

◈ Any extraneous fees (e.g. but not limited to customs, taxes, VAT fees) external to the price of goods and shipping are you—the buyer's—responsibility, please understand your country's regulations before purchasing.

◈ Dear USA buyers: tariff costs are reflected in your shipping fees. There will therefore, be no additional costs charged once a purchase has been made.
